Yuuuuummmmmmmmm, Phở is soooo tasty. A big bowl of noodle love with rib-eye, tendon and brisket drowned in a pippin’ hot broth hits the spot every time. So my taste maybe a little more exotic than yours, but nothing takes the chill out of a crisp October day like a bowl of Phở.
